Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/Diploma in Engineering in Ceramic Technology from a reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to ensure that the quality management system (QMS) fully implemented in an organized with efficient manner
∎ Coordinate to manage and oversee product quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specifications and QMS requirements
∎ Monitor section-wise product quality in production floor and observe the inspection works of QC personnel, finally share the quality related issues with the concern head and discuss how to improve the quality
∎ Maintain & observed the daily, shifty & hourly report and note down all the process parameters and product quality at log book
∎ Prepared everyday QC inspection reports of tiles are shared with top management and monthly QC Report submitted to top management
∎ Follow up customer complain and take corrective and preventive measures in close collaboration with Section Head
∎ Communicate & provide the best support to production team to ensure best quality of product
∎ Research and develop the body, glaze and color matching for new sample and handled ceramic material failure analysis
∎ Coordinate with customer and dealers as well as interpret them about the quality of the tiles
∎ Manpower setting, monitoring daily duty schedule, leaves & other facilities and communication with HR for official roles and regulation for smooth operation of department
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by line manager

∎ Applicants should have 1-2 years’ work experience in relevant area. Fresher are also highly encourage to apply
∎ Strong on product knowledge, technical and quality analysis
∎ Should have good mentality, responsibilities and attitude in all respect, strong work ethic
∎ Should be honest, team and service oriented
