Job Responsibilities:

• Check whether customer record sheet has been issued to customers chronologically.

• Reconcile the customer record sheet with deposited amount.

• Check whether the customer data has been inserted in the EMR on a daily basis.

• Verify customer number and performance from satellite spots/ Hubs.

• Randomly check whether the customer has received CRS (money receipt) for the payment.

• Collect information about SHN Satellite spots/ HUBs as per visit plan.
