Experience:

• At least 3 years

• Graduation/Post Graduation (Major in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Fine Arts, Graphics Design & Multimedia will be given preference)

• At least 3 years

• Age 25 to 35 years

• 2-3 Years experience as a content strategist/developer/manager, digital marketing officer/manager or similar role.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bengali.
• In-depth knowledge of current digital trends.
• Good understanding of composition, font, color, geometry and composition.
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategy.
• Understanding of website and marketing analytics tools.
• Knowledge of content marketing trends, cultural understanding and audience segmentation.

ONE Bank PLC is looking for a versatile and proactive Digital Branding & Marketing Officer to help Bank effectively and efficiently promote its message across all digital channels. He/she will execute digital marketing contents, campaigns and brand promotional activities through social media and digital platforms.

• Plan, develop and execute content strategies aligned with the Bank’s goals, target audience and brand identity.

• Create quality contents for OBPLC’s social media handles, website, email and other forms of digital communication.

• Manage social media campaigns and digital advertising campaigns.

• Prepare reports on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns.

• Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in OBPLC’s marketing campaigns.

• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
