Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Brand Communication, Event Management
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Clear understanding of the requirements and objectives of each SBU and how marketing communications can add value.
∎ Planning and organizing campaigns (ATL, BTL)
∎ Assist in planning annual marketing activities for each SBU within the group.
∎ Assist in planning the annual budget and keeping track of expenditures.
∎ Clear understanding of planning and placement of advertisements on TV, print, radio and other traditional/mainstream media release channels as well as digital media.
∎ Maintain log of job requests and delivery deadlines.
∎ Maintain and foster relationships with vendors and third parties.
∎ Maintain files and paper work related to external requests for advertising, requisitions to SCM and follow up on bill payments with Accounts.
∎ Monitor media (print, electronic, digital, etc.) and develop reports for relevant SBU's in accordance with their stakeholders.
∎ Plan, organize and execute events and activation as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have excellent Communication (Oral and Written) skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Must be able to negotiate with vendors, develop and maintain relationships with them.
∎ Excellent Customer Service and Time Management skills.
∎ Should be able to work in a team & have positive attitude towards work.
∎ Excellent Interpersonal & Presentation skills.
