Responsibilities & Context:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, projectors, UPS, and other peripheral devices.
Diagnose and replace Hardware issues including RAM, HDD/SSD power supply, and motherboard replacements.
Install and configure operating systems (Windows 7, 10, 11), drivers, and Basic Software Install.
Provide support for LAN cabling, basic router and switch configuration, and Wi-Fi networks Assist with installation and maintenance of CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems.
Assist in IT hardware inventory including asset tracking, maintenance, and disposal in compliance with policies.
Assist with procurement teams and vendors for parts replacement, warranty claims, and IT services.
Maintain accurate documentation of vendor coordination, procurement records, and IT service logs.
Provide off-hour support during emergencies, outages, or critical fallures, including participation in an on-call rotation if required.
