Experience:

• Diploma in Computer
• Diploma in Electronics

• 1 to 2 years

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, projectors, UPS, and other peripheral devices.

• Diagnose and replace Hardware issues including RAM, HDD/SSD power supply, and motherboard replacements.

• Install and configure operating systems (Windows 7, 10, 11), drivers, and Basic Software Install.

• Provide support for LAN cabling, basic router and switch configuration, and Wi-Fi networks Assist with installation and maintenance of CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems.

• Assist in IT hardware inventory including asset tracking, maintenance, and disposal in compliance with policies.

• Assist with procurement teams and vendors for parts replacement, warranty claims, and IT services.

• Maintain accurate documentation of vendor coordination, procurement records, and IT service logs.

• Provide off-hour support during emergencies, outages, or critical fallures, including participation in an on-call rotation if required.
