Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Basic computer networks and systems maintenance.
∎ Must have knowledge about different types of Operating System (RHEL, Ubuntu, SUSE Linux and Windows Server )
∎ Knowledge about Hypervisor technology (VMware, Hyper-V).
∎ Knowledge about Data Backup Tools.
∎ Experience in Online UPS and electrical devices (AVR, Precession AC).
∎ Must be willing to work on roster duty.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform first-level monitoring and troubleshooting of all servers, storage, and network devices.
∎ Maintain data centers and environmental facilities, i.e. Precision air conditioning, UPS, generators, fire prevention systems, AVR, etc.
∎ Install new equipment and software.
∎ Maintain daily logs of all data center equipment and devices.
∎ Perform first-level monitoring and troubleshooting of all servers, storage, and network devices.
