Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Proven experience in marketing or a related field.
∎ A clear understanding of the products and its application.
∎ Knowledge of Marketing related business practices, including advertising, market research technology and budgeting.
∎ Ability to work independently and lead the team.
∎ He/She will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies that increase revenue, drive business growth, and enhance the companies brand reputation.
∎ Have to achieve prefixed target monthly/ quarterly/ half yearly/ yearly.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
∎ To plan & ensure high product visibility in the market and minimize market gap.
∎ To manage sales personnel in a professional way and be responsible for the sales teams activities.
∎ Arranging marketing development programs to boost up relations and sales.
∎ Time management and organization skills for planning and executing both large and small marketing projects and initiatives.
∎ Analytical & problem solving skills for coming up with ideas to increase demand for products and services.
