- Ability to work independently and lead the team.
Responsibilities & Context:
- He/She will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies that increase revenue, drive business growth, and enhance the companies brand reputation.
- Have to achieve prefixed target monthly/ quarterly/ half yearly/ yearly.
- Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
- To plan & ensure high product visibility in the market and minimize market gap.
- To manage sales personnel in a professional way and be responsible for the sales teams activities.
- Arranging marketing development programs to boost up relations and sales.
- Time management and organization skills for planning and executing both large and small marketing projects and initiatives.
- Analytical & problem solving skills for coming up with ideas to increase demand for products and services.
