Responsibilities & Context:
- Need to know how to prepare the Export/Import documents.
- Should understand LC and LC related Banking terms.
- Responsible for managing all commercial activities.
- Prepare all commercial Import documents bills of exchange, commercial invoices, packing lists, Beneficiary certificates, shipping Bill etc. and other documents prepared for Buyer and Bank purpose.
- Follow up of Export LC and submission of documents to bank and to the buyers.
- Maintain & update all business documents on time.
- Prepare necessary statements and reports in line with the management’s requirement.
- Good skill interpersonal communication.
- Should have at least 35 words typing speed per minute.
