Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Engineering (Computer Science & Engineering) from any reputed University/Institution with good academic records/ Diploma in Engineering in Computer Technology/Computer Science & Technology/Telecommunication Technology/Data Communication Technology (minimum 1st Div./GPA 3) with 02 (two) years’ experience from any reputed institution under BTEB.
Job Context:
∎ To Impact quality teaching as per curriculum, syllabus and ensure effective use of resource.
∎ Nature of Job: Fixed Term Contract.
∎ Job Location: A K Khan UCEP Polytechnic Institute (AKKUPI), Chattogram.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To teach the students as per academic schedules and curriculum.
∎ To develop lesson plan and workshop/laboratory instruction sheet.
∎ To supervise/monitor the works/tasks of the student in the classes.
∎ To render additional support in making a concept/subject issue.
∎ To associate the students with the co-curricular activities.
∎ To motivate and counsel students to ensure regular attendee in the classes.
∎ To communicate with parents/guardian in relevant cases.
∎ To assist in admission of students in the AKKUPI.
∎ To maintain students’ profile and examination records.
∎ To prepare and maintain documents related to BTEB as per requirement.
∎ To make effective use/re-use of teaching resources and equipment etc.
∎ To carryout periodic/timely maintenance of the teaching equipment etc.
∎ To assist in preparing departmental budget (if any).
∎ To maintain total secrecy and confidentiality in respect of the institutional affairs and uphold the dignity of the institution.
∎ To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as and when required and assigned by the AKKUPI authority/principal/vice-principal/departmental head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Strong knowledge of computer programming languages, software applications, and operating systems.
∎ Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or others depending on the curriculum.
∎ Familiarity with database management systems, web development, and networking concepts.
∎ Candidates having knowledge in IoT, AI, Robotics and Automation will prefer.
∎ Proficient in MS Office package and very sound in IT skills.
∎ Excellent Communication skills both in English and Bangla.
∎ Self-motivated, adaptable, team player and passion for social development works.
∎ Management has the right to make exceptions based on qualifications.
