∎ B.Sc/M.Sc in Forestry/Agriculture/Soil Science
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make basic survey on crop distribution pattern in the assigned territory
∎ Ensure progressive farmer selection and supervise all on farm evaluation, trial experiments and demonstration of the supplied varieties and different Agro products (fertilizers, chemicals)
∎ Prepare annual budget, ensure authentic field-based data collection, take time to time photographs, data analysis, report and presentation and make recommendations
∎ Maintain relationship with experts of public organizations; participate national and international training program
∎ Ensure regular market survey and find hot spots of the source of variety and varieties of desirable characteristics of Seeds
∎ Keep up-to-date information about the competitive products of the market
∎ Develop the professionalism among the team through training
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programmer's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management
∎ Well known about hydroponic system & plant management
∎ Knowledge on Microsoft office & report making
Additional Requirements:
∎ Have sound knowledge of MS Word & Excel.
∎ Have excellent communication skills both in English & Bangla.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
∎ Passion for fish and the aquaculture industry.
