Job Context
It`s a Senior Sales Position to establish Planning, Guideline, and Action Plan to develop effective Marketing & Sales strategy under supervision of Management.
Job Responsibilities:
Achieve sales target to ensure profitably of the organization.
To operate Sales teams to achieve the desired result.
To plan and monitor Sales team’s regular activities.
To visit prospective customers regularly.
To ensure optimum utilization of promotional materials.
To maintain relationship with the existing customers.
To submit various report to Management
Visit market following door to door policy.
Identify key customers and extend personalized service in them.
Identify new market opportunities and ensure the effective development of sales and marketing.
Plan to execute the target with estimated deadline & do necessary following up.
Review the customer requirements and make sure to meet the entire requirement.
Monitor and analyze and submit all marketing and sales reports.
Assist in new product sourcing for client and company.
Ensure product coverage plan to increase product visibility & coverage in existing and new areas.
