Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform all pre & post audit works.
∎ Checking all kinds of bill voucher (sub-contact, transport, test, etc.)
∎ Salary & Wages sheet audit.
∎ Monthly physical inventory & reporting.
∎ Petty cash, entertainment bill, loading & unloading, labor bills, etc.
∎ Prepare and check audit plans weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis for the company.
∎ Invoice checking and verifying the figures·
∎ Checking of all kinds of credit, cash, and adjustment bills·
∎ Purchase rate analysis with the procurement department·
∎ To verify compliance with legal and regulatory requirements·
∎ Any other relevant task assigned by the concerned reporting.
