Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for air freight shipments, including airway bills, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
Ensure all documentation complies with international and local regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
Liaise with airlines, customs, clients, and internal departments to ensure the timely and accurate processing of shipments.
Accurately input shipment details into the CargoWise system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
Monitor shipment statuses and follow up on pending documentation or approvals with relevant stakeholders.
Address any discrepancies or issues in documentation that may affect the timely delivery of shipments.
Perform all other duties as assigned
