Experience:

The incumbent must have a Diploma in Food Technology from any recognized institute.

• Age At most 30 years

• He must have leadership qualities, initiative, drive, self motivation and capabilities to properly supervise activities of employees working under him.
• He must have good command over both Bangla and English.
• Computer literacy is preferable but not essential.
• Must stay near factory and willing to work on alternative Shifts.
• Relaxation may be made in an exceptionally suitable case.

• Maintain the quality control system according to the FSSC 22000
• Execute inspection and quality control/quality assurance activities to meet specifications and quality standards for a variety of in-process and finished products.
• Establish Food Safety Management system in all stages of production process.
• Perform testing of all Raw & Packing Materials and Finished Products.
• Assist the Head of the Department on documentation of tests results and other records.
• Release of Quality Certificates within given time frame.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory agency standards.
• Coordinate with Production & Maintenance Departments to establish quality standards for Raw Material, Work in Process and Finished Products.
• Identify value added new technology, product and process improvements and report to the Head of the Department.
• Besides, performance of any other activities assigned by the management.
