Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Promote and sell international & domestic tour packages
∎ Handle air ticket inquiries and booking coordination
∎ Provide post-sales support and client assistance
∎ Maintain customer relationships and meet sales targets
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in travel & tourism sales/marketing
∎ Strong knowledge of tour packages and airline ticketing systems
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Proactive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
∎ Manage end-to-end visa processing for clients
∎ Prepare and verify documents for visa applications
∎ Track and follow up on application statuses
∎ Provide consultancy support for visa categories and requirements
∎ Mandatory experience in USA visa processing
∎ Additional experience in visas for Canada, UK, Schengen, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia, etc.
