Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Promote and sell travel products including tickets, hotel reservations, and tour packages
∎ Handle customer inquiries both online and in person with professionalism and clarity
∎ Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up for repeat and referral business
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team on digital and offline campaigns
∎ Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
∎ Prepare and maintain sales reports and customer databases
∎ Experience in a travel agency (preferred but not mandatory)
∎ Good knowledge of air ticketing and hotel reservation systems
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Passionate about travel and customer service
∎ Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.)
∎ Team player with a can-do attitude
∎ Starting Salary: BDT 20,000/- per month
∎ Performance Incentives: Based on sales and target achievement
∎ Bonuses: 2 Festival Bonuses annually

∎ We are currently seeking a Jr. Executive (Sales & Marketing) to join our enthusiastic team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the travel and tourism industry, especially in sales, customer service, air ticketing, and hotel reservation. However, freshers with strong communication skills, passion for travel, and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
