• Training in VAT, Taxation, or Supply Chain will be an added advantage
• 1–2 years of experience in VAT, delivery, logistics related work (Cement industry experience preferred)
• Fresh graduates with strong academic background and willingness to learn may also be considered
• Basic knowledge of VAT rules & regulations and VAT forms (Mushak-6.3, Mushak-6.2, etc.)
• Familiarity with ERP/accounting software and MS Office (Excel in particular)
• Ability to prepare and maintain registers, statements, and delivery records accurately
• Understanding of transport scheduling and delivery operations will be a plus
• Ability to work in shifts (day/night) and under pressure
• Willingness to work in factory premises on rotational shifts

Job Location: Danga Bazar, Palash, Narsingdi

• Maintain daily sales program and monitor delivery schedules.

• Issue delivery information slips to buyers for vehicle entry into factory premises.

• Prepare and issue VAT Challan (Mushak-6.3) against delivery orders.

• Record delivered items in the Sales Register (Mushak-6.2) in compliance with VAT regulations.

• Ensure smooth and timely delivery of finished products from the factory.

• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing, Transport, Loading, QA, Admin, Security, and Head Office D.O Section for delivery activities.

• Prepare daily statements including: area-wise delivery statement, truck-wise delivery statement (company transport and hired transport), night delivery statement and bulk cement sales information statement

• Communicate with transport companies, authorized dealers, and buyers regarding delivery schedules and requirements.

• Support accurate documentation and record-keeping for all delivery and VAT-related activities.

• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Manager, VAT & Delivery.
