Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Junior Executive (Sales & Marketing) to promote our Internet services to home users, corporate clients, small shops/restaurants, and resellers.
The candidate must have good communication skills, be comfortable with fieldwork, and have the ability to generate new connections and maintain strong relationships with customers. This role involves daily field visits, customer follow-up, and supporting the company’s sales growth targets.
Job Responsibilities:
Promote and sell internet packages to home users, corporate offices, restaurants, and small business owners within assigned areas.
Identify and onboard resellers or agents to expand the company’s network coverage and sales.
Conduct door-to-door campaigns and visit clients to demonstrate company internet plans and offers.
Maintain communication with existing clients to ensure service satisfaction and renew subscriptions.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales and technical teams for service improvement.
Achieve individual and team-based monthly connection targets.
Support marketing campaigns, local promotions, and customer engagement events.
Prepare and submit daily activity and sales reports to the supervisor.
Monitor competitors’ offers and suggest ideas for market improvement.
