Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (Pass) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Information Technology
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement effective training programs: Create engaging and practical training modules focused on cloud engineering principles, best practices, and specific technologies relevant to our organization's cloud environment.
∎ Conduct training sessions: Lead training sessions, workshops, and webinars, both in-person and virtually, to impart knowledge about cloud technologies, deployment methodologies, security protocols, and performance optimization.
∎ Assess training needs: Collaborate with management and technical leads to identify skill gaps within the cloud engineering teams and tailor training programs accordingly.
∎ Hands-on demonstrations: Provide hands-on demonstrations of cloud platforms, tools, and services, guiding participants through practical exercises to enhance their understanding and proficiency.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Continuously research and remain informed about the latest advancements and trends in cloud computing, incorporating relevant updates into training materials.
∎ Monitor and evaluate progress: Track the progress of trainees and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement and effective knowledge retention.
∎ Collaborate with the technical team: Work closely with the cloud engineering team to gain insights into their ongoing projects, challenges, and requirements to align training content with real-world scenarios.
∎ Develop training documentation: Create detailed training guides, manuals, and reference materials to support trainees during and after the training sessions.
∎ Assist in recruitment and on boarding: Participate in technical interviews and support the on boarding process of new cloud engineering team members.
∎ Foster a culture of continuous learning: Promote a learning culture within the organization, encouraging cloud engineers to pursue certifications, attend workshops, and grow professionally.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or in a similar technical role, with at least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
∎ Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, cloud services, virtualization, and networking concepts.
∎ Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
∎ Previous experience in designing and conducting technical training sessions is highly desirable.
∎ Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
∎ Passion for continuous learning and keeping up with the latest trends in cloud computing.
