Education:
∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ Minimum Bachelor’s degree (BBA preferred).
∎ Fresh graduates may be considered based on interview performance.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ 2-3 years of experience in sales at a supervisory level.
∎ Strong sales and negotiation skills.
∎ Good understanding of distributor management and RTM processes.
∎ Ability to work independently and meet targets.
∎ Basic knowledge of financial transactions and record-keeping.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect orders from designated Distributors (DBs) of the company.
∎ Ensure daily primary sales target achievement.
∎ Manage payment collection from DBs and ensure timely deposit into the company’s bank account.
∎ Collect and verify payment documents while taking orders from DBs.
∎ Cross-check payment records with the bank statement the following day.
∎ Maintain strong coordination with DBs and internal sales teams for smooth operations.
∎ Provide regular reports on order collection, payment status, and sales performance.
