Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Law, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Law (LLM), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Bachelor of Laws (LLB)/ Master of Law (LLM) or BBA/ MBA in Accounting

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining relationships with Govt. officials and different Ministries
∎ Perform day to day activities of regulatory affairs with BTRC/BTCL and other operators.
∎ Work on issuing new licenses, renewal of all expired licenses and continuously monitor status of all licenses.
∎ Liaise and communicate with regulators and other Government/ Non-Government agencies.
∎ Manage & enhance the organizations' policies, procedures, approaches and action programs complying with local laws in line with organizational objectives.
∎ Liaise with BTRC/BTCL and other private agencies regarding policy matters.
∎ Vetting, documentation, drafting various deeds/ agreements, etc.
∎ Preparation and maintenance of regulatory submissions and files.
∎ Collect latest information about ICT Market & collect competitor companies' activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Regulatory Affairs
∎ Fresher's are discouraged to apply
∎ Competency in computer literacy is mandatory
∎ Bangla and English typing must.
