Job Responsibilities:
∎ To review pilot run garments and advise necessary technical correction before washing and starting the bulk production.
∎ Make sure that all sizes set to solve possible measurement problems.
∎ Make subordinates to understand buyer comments, PPM minutes, finish pattern, approved styling sample before starting a new style in sewing line to ensure the style conformity.
∎ Review daily before & after wash garments measurement reports and take immediate corrective action if found measurement deviation within spec and bulk.
∎ Auditing & reviewing the various quality control points through analysis over the process and inline inspection reports and in case of any quality inconsistencies make quick solution to discussing with production executive and Manager.
∎ Balance the check points of sewing line with existing manpower resources through engaging the efficient QCs at suitable process and in case of shortage, arrange the manpower by supporting of superiors.
∎ Monitor the quality of the product through the various stages of production.
∎ Train the newly hired quality personnel on company quality policies and to improve their skill.
∎ To analyse top 3 defects with an immediate corrective action plane to solve the issue and take sustainable corrective action plane for the effectiveness in future.
∎ Any other task assign by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 26 years
∎ Good communication skills in English & Bengali
∎ Self-confident to make decision with no delay for any quality issues in Sewing line.
∎ Sincere, Active & Team Player.
∎ Always positive & problem-solving attitude.
∎ Must have experience in denim garments factory.
