Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for pattern, shrinkage grading & measurement check of CAD Section.
∎ To solve the immediate CAD related quality fault/issues raised from the production process.
∎ To ensure pilot and production pattern adjust with compare trial cut and pilot run pattern.
∎ Check PF wise group pattern, inseam as per buyer requirements.
∎ To ensure measurement before wash as per buyer instruction.
∎ Handling volume quantities, carrying out & verifying Supervisor samples, pilot runs, inline inspections, end line inspections and final inspections /quality check to ensure quality merchandise as per the buyer's requirement.
∎ Ensure all pattern before maker delivery to cutting section.
∎ To check all kinds of CAD Consumption & sample Pattern.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Understand CAD system in Denim garments process.
∎ Sound knowledge in fabrics, wash, shade, garments measurement, and AQL system.
∎ Good communication skill; both written and verbal, decision making, problem- solving, good analytical skills, statistical chart, and reporting skill.
∎ Utilization of production inputs.
∎ Be in process of continual development of working efficiency and quality.
