Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist to develop and manage the production schedule to meet delivery timelines;
∎ Assist to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components;
∎ Monitor production capacity and workload distribution;
∎ Plan for workforce and machine requirements based on production schedules;
∎ Serve as a liaison between different departments to streamline operations;
∎ Participate & conduct regular meetings to update teams on planning changes and challenges;
∎ Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like on-time delivery and productivity;
∎ Suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency;
∎ Oversee end-to-end production planning and process improvement;
∎ Assist to review customer orders and align production schedules accordingly;
∎ Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
