Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Bangladesh BAR council certificate.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1.Initiate & pursue legal proceedings as required by the company.
∎ 2.Prepare, file and plead cases in Court.
∎ 3.Research and prepare legal opinions on various legal matters.
∎ 4. Draft and/or review legal letters, contracts and agreements and monitor legal obligations as requested.
∎ 5.Assist in the formulation, implementation and/or amendment of Company policies.
∎ 6.To handle recruitment process, Orientation/Induction program, exit interview and final settlement etc.
∎ 7.To prepare and maintain Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave Management and Compensation Benefit.
∎ 8.To counsel the workers on general issues like, company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and discipline.
∎ 9.Day-to-day general administration that include daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment, Legal & Corporate affairs.
∎ 10.He should have good knowledge about the labor law.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Must have a good command over English.
∎ Able to work independently and as well as in a team.
∎ Must be self driven, creative and able to grasp and implement assignments quickly.
∎ Must be fluent in MS Office (Word, Excel and outlook)
∎ Experience in textile industry is preferable.

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 17000 (Monthly)
