Customer Support Client Service, telesales
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
∎ Daily cold calls through ERP system and ensure good business relationships with human resource department or relevant business owners on behalf of the company via telecommunication and ensure that business owners purchase membership, promoted ads and other paid services.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fulfil daily calls target.
∎ Lead generation, database creation.
∎ Cross sale and new sale via telecommunication.
∎ Establish strong, long term relationships with business owners dealing with Jobs/recruitment.
∎ Successfully convince clients to use company's Jobs services.
∎ Maintain relationships with business owners to ensure that they are happy with our service.
∎ Assist and train business owners to upload advertisements on the site.
∎ Ensure that business owners purchase premium and paid products.
∎ Perform according to monthly defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
∎ Conduct daily and weekly reporting to the manager.
∎ Work on different projects assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Savvy Communicator; Strong written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Should have strong communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Should have a good knowledge on reporting Google sheet, Microsoft Software; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Database related programs.
∎ Should be able to make power point presentation.
