Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA,A+

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Install, Observe, Preserve and Repair any Model of Desktop and Laptop Computer.
∎ All Types of Windows Setup ( Win-XP,7,8,8.1,10 etc)
∎ Install different kinds of Model Printer, Scanner, UPS, other parts of CPU.
∎ Troubleshoot Different Kinds of Desktop, Laptop, Printer, UPS, and Hardware and software problems.
∎ User training on installed applications, proper uses of system and peripherals.
∎ Configure and Troubleshoot of email clients, Web mail, Microsoft Outlook, etc under windows platform
∎ Maintain network, all computer/PC, Laptops, Scanners, Printers, CC Camera and other IT assets.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have strong knowledge on MS Office specially (Excel, PowerPoint)
∎ Strong knowledge on social communication application like (Whatsapp, ZOOM, Google meet, Microsoft Team etc.)
∎ Must have "Can do attitude"
∎ CCNA and A+ Certification will get extra priority.
∎ Good Communication skill in both Bangla and English.
∎ Proficient in technical writing and presentations and a good team player.

Salary: Negotiable
