∎ Computer Literacy like MS Word, Excel etc.
∎ Positive professional attitude & self-motivated.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Line balancing daily morning with production In-Charge and PM.
∎ Capacity Study for new styles.
∎ Bottle neck has to identified through the Yamazumi & solve it daily basis.
∎ Keep WIP data of each line to reduce input gap.
∎ Hourly production monitoring as per line target.
∎ Monitoring layout line as per operation bulletin.
∎ Prepare changeover report & reduce changeover time by taking necessary steps.
∎ Collect NPT of every line from the concerned supervisor.
