𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐱𝐭:

We are seeking a Junior Executive to join our Human Resources department, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to our HR operations.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

  • Support day-to-day HR operations and prepare different kinds of reports where required.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Help with hiring processes like posting jobs, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Help to manage HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Maintain and support the application of HR policies and procedures.
  • Help coordinate employee events and programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Administration team. 
  • Explore office culture and employee engagement trends through research.
