Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Job Responsibilities:
∎ File correction, File process, agreement print support in ERP and 360 software information update.
∎ Prepare sales delivery file, sales achievement report, sales file status report and reporting as per requirement.
∎ Client list update. Monthly Activity report. Monthly discontinue list report.
∎ Receive Sales order delivery file and sales order delivery file proceed to technical.
∎ Installation Lapse report and schedule monitoring.
∎ Regular discontinue and reasons of discontinuation monitoring.
∎ Assist RA team with preparation files, check and and follow up bills.
∎ Consultancy to sales for BOM,ROI, Proposal, selling, file prepare daily.
∎ Experience document and legal document link maintain for updated document.
∎ E-GP Account maintenance and tender submission as per requirement.
∎ Sales order delivery file proceed to technical Daily.
∎ Monthly IIG BW sales reporting to accounts.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Bangla Type (Bijoy and Avro Keyboard).
∎ English Language(Fluent in Hand writing).
∎ Analytical Ability, Self Motivated, Proactive, Team Player.
Salary: Negotiable
