Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review Sales file e.g. PO, WO & Other respective documents and receive sales order file from service delivery team.
∎ Bill preparation according to sales order in billing software.
∎ Work collaborate with Sales, Technical & Accounts team.
∎ Receive of all collection instruments from RA Account Manager & Collectors.
∎ Handover all Collection instrument (Cash/ Cheque/ Pay Order/Others) to Accounts
∎ Collection posting in Billing Software and ensure daily Collection Report in timely manner.
∎ Prepare monthly collection target & monitor
∎ Invoice discounting.
∎ Preparation of IPTSP Invoice.
∎ Take training from ERP vendor & assist RA account managers to handel the software.
∎ Assist in Data Entry & Data reconciliation of existing software & ERP software.
∎ Take training from ERP vendor & assist RA account managers to handel the software.
∎ Assist in Data Entry & Data reconciliation of existing software & ERP software.
∎ Receive call from RDP customer & will try to solve the query or forward it to concern department.
∎ RDP customer required document check-up & give approval for new link/disconnection/package change.
∎ Assist in preparation of Downtime Report.
∎ Completion of Approval process of Credit, Debit Note & SIP.
∎ Daily Collection Report.
∎ Assist supervisor in preparation of Revenue Report.
∎ Check bkash Portal & circulate bkash statement at the end of every month.
