∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure 24/7 availability to reach BRACNet.
∎ Receiving phone calls from clients.
∎ Attend every query / complain mail in a timely manner, reply / escalate within minimum possible time.
∎ Provide appropriate feedback to clients.
∎ Done primary troubleshoot within the scope and escalated when required.
∎ Generate a complain ticket which contains all details of client problems and forward it to the concerning department.
∎ Regular Update to Clients for an Open Ticket.
∎ Proper Closing of Tickets with Resolution.
∎ Closely monitoring BRACNet network.
∎ Generate tickets, SMS for internal communication and contact vendors (NTTN, IIG, LSPs, Operators etc.).
∎ Proactive Monitoring and Fault Detection.
∎ Survey call to clients of closed tickets.
∎ Following up unresolved issue with internal/external stakeholders until resolved.
∎ Attend every mail in timely manner (Internal/External).
∎ Attend all complaint channels i.e. WhatsApp, Teams, mail etc. in a timely manner.
∎ Provide appropriate feedback of mail in timely manner (Internal/External).
