Job Responsibilities:
∎ Observing sales trend regularly. Developing brand strategies and local action plans.
∎ Implement and co-ordinate events and campaigns.
∎ Visiting market regularly for market research, monitoring product distribution, checking display offers, gain consumer and market insights.
∎ Working regularly with different agencies for activation and campaign proposals.
∎ Initiate different promotional materials to increase brand visibility.
∎ Regular meeting with the internal departments (sales, operations, procurement, finance) for strategically planning, decision making, billing concerns, vendor management and smooth regular operational process
∎ Budget planning, activity forecast and monitor the activities for cost analysis
∎ Identifying market needs, understanding market trends and providing sufficient market dada to Business Development department.
∎ Sourcing suppliers and products that fit with the context of the brand.
∎ Comfortable to analyze the data in excel.
∎ Preparing internal requisition of department
∎ Communicate with vendor for smooth operational process.
