• Must have adequate job experience in Army.

• Ensure Security Factory premises and personnel by patrolling regularly.
• Monitor and authorized entrance & exit of vehicles or people.
• Monitor the movement of goods, materials, and finished products in and out of the factory to prevent theft, loss, or damage.
• Conduct periodic audits of security logs, access records, and surveillance footage to detect and address any security breaches.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Ensure strict access control measures at all entry and exit points, verifying the identity of individuals entering the premises.
• Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation.
• Conduct regular training sessions for security personnel on security protocols, emergency procedures, and conflict management.
• Arrangement of legal protocols before arrival of Top Management.
• Lead investigations into any security-related incidents, thefts, or breaches, preparing detailed reports and recommendations for corrective actions.
• Submitting reports of daily surveillance activity/ important occurrences as per Management instruction.
• Ensure fire safety protocols are followed, including the inspection of fire alarms, extinguishers, and emergency exits.
• Coordinate and conduct safety drills (fire drills, evacuation plans) in collaboration with the health and safety team.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies related to security and safety.
• Maintain security equipment and ensure that all security systems, such as alarms, cameras, and barriers, are in good working order.
