Advertising & Promotion, agent marketing, Brand Planning/ Development, Brand Promotion, Market Research
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Group of Companies
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Observing sales trend regularly. Developing brand strategies and local action plans.
∎ Implement and co-ordinate events and campaigns.
∎ Visiting market regularly for market research, monitoring product distribution, checking display offers, gain consumer and market insights.
∎ Working regularly with different agencies for activation and campaign proposals.
∎ Initiate different promotional materials to increase brand visibility.
∎ Regular meeting with the internal departments (sales, operations, procurement, finance) for strategically planning, decision making, billing concerns, vendor management and smooth regular operational process.
∎ Budget planning, activity forecast and monitor the activities for cost analysis
∎ Identifying market needs, understanding market trends and providing sufficient market data to Business Development department.
∎ Sourcing suppliers and products that fit with the context of the brand.
∎ Comfortable to analyze the data in excel.
∎ Preparing internal requisition of department.
∎ Communicate with vendor for smooth operational process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skill in verbal and written in both English and Bangla.
∎ Expertise over Microsoft Office(Excel, Word, Power Point etc).
