Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Fashion Design Technology from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the timely & successful design & development of products in line with the requirements.
∎ Can do initial flat sketch by hand and transform them into detailed computer-aided design (CAD).
∎ Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics and techniques, and seeking design inspiration.
∎ Work together with team members to select seasonal themes, make edits to line, and create new concepts.
∎ Reviewing product for style and fit during presentation.
∎ Maintain close relationship with the marketing and merchandising team to create ranges for all customers.
∎ Analyze and clear understating of design from a technical perspective, i.e. producing patterns and technical specifications for designs.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Should have the capability to create commercially successful designs of Men's, Women's and kid's garments.
∎ Strong understanding of fabric and ready-made garments industry dynamics.
∎ Ability to understand the seasonal color trend and accessories trends.
∎ Should have wide knowledge about global fashion trends.
∎ Should have basic knowledge of wash techniques.
∎ Should have Working on illustrator, Photoshop & 3D software like CLO or Vstitcher to develop the 3D designs, sketches, embroideries, prints & accessories.
∎ Must be willing to work under pressure and long hours when required.
