∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ System Monitoring and Maintenance: Ability to monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
∎ Problem-Solving: Capable of resolving hardware, software, and Windows program issues.
∎ IT Support: Provide IT support for desktops, laptops, and troubleshooting IT equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, back-office systems, and server maintenance.
∎ Installation and Configuration: Experience in installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
∎ Inventory Management: Assist the IT Administrator in managing and updating the inventory of IT equipment.
∎ CCTV System: Design, Specify, Configure, and install analog and digital CCTV systems.
∎ System Upgrades: Maintain and upgrade existing analog and digital CCTV systems as needed.
∎ Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of various CCTV systems, PABX systems, sound systems, and cabling.
∎ Communication Skills: Proficient in both Bangla and English with strong communication Skills.
