Job Context: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our design team. The ideal candidate will assist in creating innovative architectural designs, preparing working drawings, and ensuring that projects are executed according to the approved plans. You will work closely with the Senior Architect and the Engineering department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development: Assist in developing architectural designs, floor plans, and 3D visualizations for residential and land projects.

• Working Drawings: Prepare detailed architectural working drawings, including layout plans, sections, and elevations for site execution.

• Site Visit: Visit project sites (especially in Savar) to monitor progress and ensure construction aligns with the approved architectural design.

• Drafting: Use AutoCAD and other design software to create precise technical drawings and modify designs as per management requirements.

• Presentation: Create 3D renders and presentations for clients and management to visualize upcoming projects.

• Coordination: Coordinate with Site Engineers and Structural Engineers to resolve any design-related issues on the spot.

Additional Requirements:

• Technical Skills: Expert in AutoCAD (2D), 3ds Max/SketchUp, and V-Ray/Lumion for 3D rendering.

• Graphic Skills: Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for presentation purposes.

• Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of building codes (RAJUK/Pourashava).

• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
