Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smart & effective counseling
∎ Direct Counseling (guardian/parents/students)
∎ Counseling over phone
∎ Maintain everyday records of the visitors/ admission seekers appreciate them for visiting us & follow up them over phone, sms or email etc
∎ Keep records of important opinions/ comments of the valued visitors and send those to the In-Charge, AID immediately
∎ Maintain counselor records and continuous communication with them for student intake
∎ Deal with overseas students in consultation with Heads of the Departments and Registrar
∎ Proper documentation (certificate verification, receive of academic credentials of SSC & HSC etc)
∎ Prepare different reports asking by the MoE, UGC and other organization and get approval
∎ Inform newly admitted student over phone about their starting time of class
∎ Provide support to the existing students as and when asked by them
∎ Update admission register and students profile in Register book & Database Software regularly
∎ Ensure securities and cleanliness of your office and entry side of admission office and campus
∎ Prepare various statistical reports (semester, campus, district and gender-wise admission)
∎ Verify and ensure reference then prepare referral bills (student, employee, counselor etc)
∎ Collect admission information of different universities in every 10 days
∎ Complete your day to day work before leaving office
