Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce (Pass) in Accounting
∎ Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Commerce preferable BBA in Accounting and Finance or equivalent. Training in accounting software will be an added advantage.
∎ Preferable to have minimum 1-2 years' experience in Accounting and Management position
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel, data entry and accounting software programs is must
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting, Accounting Software, Cost & Management Accounting
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of invoices and bills for wholesale and customers by software or other tools
∎ Maintains and/or ensures maintenance of client records related to invoicing and bills
∎ Ensure invoices are processed accurately for products at contracted rates and proactively address all discrepancies in a timely manner
∎ Ensures inventory and stock update related with Packaging box, Accessories and other requirements for smooth operation
∎ Drafts and distributes weekly/monthly reports as per department need
∎ Performs other related duties as assigned
∎ Keep track of expenses, Identify proper expense head and provide report as on where required
∎ Ensure smooth product distribution and ensure all sales and expenses entries are done in proper time.
∎ All stock transactions should be put in place with proper documentations
∎ Report any unusual activity or unethical operations immediately to the management.
∎ Monitor all cash and non cash (bkash, bank, cards) transactions and report accordingly.
∎ Ensure day end accurate cash balance, sales report, stock transaction reports.
∎ Keep management updated on a daily basis about all the activities.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s) : Accounting, Billing, Revenue, Stock, Audit
∎ Highly self-motivated and directed
∎ Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly
∎ Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
∎ Very strong customer service orientation
∎ Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
∎ Strong analytical/logical approach to operation support.
∎ Able to work under pressure and meet agreed deadlines
∎ Operating within a dynamic team and fast moving industry environment
∎ Willing to work on shift, public holiday and weekend
∎ Must be willing to work long hours when the need arises
Salary:
