Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Posting and tracking daily transactions on Tally
∎ Making summary reports periodically on MS Excel
∎ Maintain records of digital and hard copies of cheques, bills, invoices and vouchers
∎ Responsible for making payments to vendors and third parties.
∎ Responsible for handling office petty cash
∎ Organize financial reports from other departments and present daily.
∎ Manage bank dealings and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by management.
∎ Knowledge of QuickBooks online is preferable.
∎ We are a small office in Gulshan 2 dealing with Retail and Real Estate, looking for an entry level accountant to manage daily finances.
