Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Textile (Engg.), IPE from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up batch/lot wise Lab, batch, headset, dyeing, finishing & delivery plan.
∎ Work through process to process to remove & control Nonproductive or loss time.
∎ Reduce & control error in process sequence.
∎ Follow up Textile supply chain management.
∎ Remove & control wastes & process loss on every sequential dyeing process.
∎ Maintain color wise sequence on dyeing program to reduce feeding delay.
∎ Generate & circulate daily & monthly Loss time & Targeted Production Efficiency & report.
∎ Standardize Man Machine ratio (MMR) & control excess manpower
∎ Improve productivity & efficiency at an optimum level comparing with global.
∎ Control & balance Work in Process (WIP) floor wise.
∎ In detailed sequential cycle time record, observe & set standards for every operation
∎ Root cause analysis for fabric supplementary/ delay issue
∎ Research & implement new effective operational method for sustainable development
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates having experience in Knitting/Dyeing industry will get preference.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, mail communication, uses of internet is a must.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Good communication skills both in Bangla & English.
∎ Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Factory existing employees are encouraged to apply.
