Educational Requirements:
∎ BBS ,MBS, BBA / MBA of Management or Accounting

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive the raw & packing materials and check the containers, labels, Batch Number, MFG Date and EXP Date against challan and COA.
∎ Prepared Materials Receiving Information Report and send to Quality Assurance department for sample analysis and verification.
∎ Keep all rejected materials in rejection room & distinctly labeled to avoid mix-up in the rejected area.
∎ Implement "FIRST IN FIRST OUT" system and record the self-life of raw materials.
∎ Checked and prevent the contamination in the time of dispensing.
∎ Check the balances with the standard weight daily ensuring accuracy of the balance.
∎ Perform cleaning and drying of weighing utensils.
∎ Check the BMR and BPR for the items needed and supply the materials to production department.
∎ Check the container label of the materials to be disposed.
∎ Check the quantity being weighed.
∎ Check the Bin Card up to date of all Raw & Packaging Materials and maintain stock as per register book.
∎ Received Finished Products, return materials from production department with proper documentation.
∎ Delivery Finished Goods to distribution with proper documentation.
∎ To take responsibility in absence line manager.
∎ Carry out any other tasks assigned by the line manager
