Production, Production Management (Knitting & Weaving), Textile Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile
Job Context:
∎ The incumbent will go through a training period for around two months under the direct supervision of line manager & people development steering team (PDST) of Pride Group. After successful completion of the program, the incumbent will be expected to take over a unique role in Knitting division. However, the content type/ and nature of the unique role (KPIs) will be depending upon how the incumbents perform during the learning period.
∎ We highly encourage candidates having 06 months to 1 year related knitting experience to apply
Job Responsibilities:
∎ S/he ensures all the machines are running according to the given program in order to achieve maximum production
∎ S/he ensures machine wise production target is met in every shift
∎ S/he ensures all the checkpoints are properly maintained (process parameter) in order to provide desired quality fabric
∎ S/he ensures compliance is met in the floor
∎ S/he ensures proper documentation of production floor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have basic understanding of fabric manufacturing
∎ Candidate should have to be task focused
