Job Description / Responsibilities:

• To counsel the workers on general issues like, company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and discipline.
• Carrying out floor visit (daily/ couple of times) to check housekeeping and compliance issues.
• Handling maternity workers health and benefit issues.
• Ensuring different documentations related to compliance and welfare.
• Encouraging and motivating workers for better performance.
• Assist to arrange monthly meeting & training.
• Must be very conversant with the Labor Laws, Labor Rules and HR policies especially related to Garments Sector.
• Ensure Preparation and Maintenance of personal files of all personnel in the factory.
• Gather grievance report of workers, individual and collective to secure their prompt feedback from management.
• Any other tasks assigned by management.
