Job Description / Responsibilities:
- To counsel the workers on general issues like, company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and discipline.
- Carrying out floor visit (daily/ couple of times) to check housekeeping and compliance issues.
- Handling maternity workers health and benefit issues.
- Ensuring different documentations related to compliance and welfare.
- Encouraging and motivating workers for better performance.
- Assist to arrange monthly meeting & training.
- Must be very conversant with the Labor Laws, Labor Rules and HR policies especially related to Garments Sector.
- Ensure Preparation and Maintenance of personal files of all personnel in the factory.
- Gather grievance report of workers, individual and collective to secure their prompt feedback from management.
- Any other tasks assigned by management.
