Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE,EEE,ETE,IT,IDB BISEW
∎ Skills Required: CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), Mikrotik

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer calls and handle customer's inquiries over the phone and email.
∎ Correspondence with customer and Inter-department personnel by telephone or email.
∎ Maintain customer complain Management software.
∎ Identify customers' needs; clarify information and every other Technical Issue
∎ provide solutions according to clients requirements
∎ Follow up customer calls where necessary
∎ Coordinating with other departments
∎ Router configuration, giving solution by taking any desk.
∎ Give support to internal staff and visiting client premises.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Previous experience in customer service (Technical IP Networking) will get an advantage.
∎ English skills (speaking and writing)
∎ Have to work any days in a week
∎ Have to work in any shift according to roster 24/7
∎ Travel anywhere whenever need for technical support.
∎ Non-Muslim candidates are encouraged to apply.
