∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Computer Operating(Ms Word and Ms Excel) and good communication skills
∎ Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and follow up daily activities of all the Depots.Monitoring of feed & DOC (Day Old Chicks) distribution from the factories, Depots and Hatcheries.
∎ Arrange transport for delivery of feed and chicks as per Delivery Order.
∎ Follow up daily physical count of all materials.Prepare Daily Stock Report, Distribution Report & Market Demand report and any other report required by the management.Strictly maintain FIFO system for goods delivery.
∎ Ensure Challan and Gate Pass during delivery of goods.
∎ Maintain and ensure fixed asset register.
∎ Coordination with marketing team & dealer/retailer for delivery schedule for smooth delivery.
