Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare documents and commercial activities Air & Sea shipments.
Prepare the documents for import Payment.
Responsible for opening BTB LC, Foreign LC, TT and DA also familiar with LC terms and condition.
Responsible for checking HS code and PI for all LC and LCAF.
Responsible for Import statement, LC statement and UD statement.
Responsible for C&F follow up and checking C&F bill.
Communication with Bank, Supplier, Forwarder, customs, warehouse and report in time.
Responsible for doing any others job assign by top management
