∎ Coordinate with buyers, production, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
∎ Monitor fabric and accessory sourcing, ensuring timely availability.
∎ Ensure product quality and on-time delivery per customer specifications.
∎ Track production progress and resolve issues proactively.
∎ Build and maintain strong client relationships.
